
I believe that therapy is a time to slow down…to feel heard…and to discover what choices you would like to implement to create the changes you are seeking in your life.
I specialize in working with women and with couples and use a combination of therapy and coaching to help my clients face their personal challenges. One of the benefits of personal therapy is to experience the value of positive support.
